1. What is the status of my order?
You can click in "Track Your Order" in our store page to access your order tracking. You shall receive your order id within 3 days after your order being processed.

2. Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

3. How long does it takes for my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time to your doorstep takes basically 3 weeks or less, depends on your country.

4. Do you accept exchange/return?
We do accept exchange/returns in respect to the following conditions:
  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The item received in faulty condition 
  • The return request is made within 30 days after success delivery
  • The return is made within 7 days after the return request
  • The returning fee is free if meet our T&C.
